“What kind of Bloody Mary mix do you use?”
Nothing from a bottle - we make our own Bloody Mary mix from scratch!
We start with fresh jalapenos. We slice and core them, then broil the jalapenos in the oven until they blister. The blistered jalapenos are then put in a giant blender with tomato juice, horseradish, lemon juice, a touch of pickle brine, Worcestershire, our secret hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, black pepper, a pinch of dill and a dash of red pepper flakes. We then let all that rest in our cooler for a minimum of 24 hours before serving. It’s a lot of work but the end result is worth it!
